EuroBSDcon 2012 in Poland was the first EuroBSDcon conference where responsibilities were shared between the local organisation and the new Foundation. For all of us this was a new experience but looking back we may conclude that it worked out quite nicely. Communication between the local organisation and the Foundation was smooth. Visitors looked all very happy with the end result which was a very decent successor of the first 10 EuroBSDcon editions.
